The course concept was developed by our tutor and partner Alexander Mohr, head physio of one of the most reknown sports injury and rehab clinics in Germany.

Myofascial training is a revolutionary therapy and training concept uniquely combined with the revolutionary Anatomy Trains concept to regulate fascia and muscle tension with astonishing and long lasting results.
This course provides a new dimension of therapeutical treatment, training and a more three-dimensional feel for whole-body training for stability, mobility and dynamic in daily and performance training in elite sport.

Learn how to prevent injury, facilitate motion, increase range and power.
This concept is an integration of active and effective training of myofascial slings acording to the anatomy trains concept into your physiotherapy, rehab training and treatment of specific dysfunctions like SIJ blockage, low back problems, muscle strain (adductors, hamstrings, quads), patella femoral pain, runner’s knee, rotator cuff problems etc.

The effectivness has been proved from amateur to elite sport in various kind of sports, especially football.

Our certified practitioners include physiotherapists at English Premier and Championship football clubs, Rugby Union clubs, England Football, England Hockey, England Rugby, England Badminton, England Canoeing, England Track and Field (IAAF Berlin 2009), England Gymnastics, England Trampoline, Elite cycling teams, Golf European Tour and and many other therapist from national teams from England, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, South Africa, Emirates, Malaysia, Trinidad, Australia and more.

Learn from the pro, become a pro.

Itinerary
This course allows students to learn the method and concepts of myofascial slings and the active training of these slings with various utilities including screening and treatment of specific dysfunctions.

This course is a practical training course designed to show how the myofascial training is used alongside other therapeutic interventions especially physiotherapy, osteopathy and sport.
Besides theory and presentations of case studies the course includes integrative and systemic therapy concepts from manual therapy, osteopathy and functional rehab training. Students will also learn how to use kinesiology tape in combination to the training in order to correct (increase / decrease) fascia tension even more.
Myofascial kinesiology taping is very helpful for the first periode of training or rehab to have immediate effects (myofascial release). Myofascial training is helping to keep up the active and correct fascia tension in a long run.

Basic theory of myofascial training: Course and relation fo myofascial slings: Differentiated and individualised Full Range of Motion Training.
Myofasziales Training - 3D: 3D-Training with dumbbels, barbells, cabel and sling trainer. Motion within the human system is three dimensional but is often negleted in training.
Free and well coordinated joints and a powerful myofascial system ensures training efficiency, injury prevention, motivation and fun.

Fascia needs a certain stretch and strain in order to get stronger. Ligaments and tendons receive the relevant strain at the end of range.
Strain and stretch that never reaches the end of range will never be sufficient enough to enforce these tissues.
Dynamic training close to and at the end of range of motion is essential for a genuine and long lasting injury prevention.
Injuries from alpine skiing or football for instance often occur right at theses critical positions at the very end of range.

In contrary, two dimensional machine training with limited range of motion do not get the necessary information and training at the end of range.
Myofascial training enhances the structural properties of the myofascial slings where mechanical forces are above threshold.

Results: Enhanced flexibility, functional myofascial muscle training and balanced fascia tension with long lasting effects.
